Finding Comfort and Hope in Difficult Times

There is a shift.

As Turkey and Syria have felt the shake of the earth - we believe that there has been a shift in the heavens.

It is time.

Time to be agents of kindness and generosity.

To be a community of Hope.

It’s time to offer comfort.

Compassion to those who are suffering.

As the world continues to face increasing difficulties, it is important to remember that the church is called to be a source of comfort and guidance for those in need.

As believers we need to reflect God’s love and compassion to those around us, and to be the shining light that guides people out of the darkness.

It is time for us to shift from being mere online activists to becoming active agents of kindness and generosity. Let us move from being "Keyboard Warriors" to being "Rebuilders of Good" in the world, taking tangible actions to help those in need and making a positive impact in our communities.

Can we take our eyes off ourselves and focus on Jesus, His Word, His Purpose and see what He can do through us?

Can we fix our gaze upon Him and praise Him with all we have…and watch Him win a battle?

The Word. Worship. Bring comfort and hope to your own spirit SO THAT we can be a people who turn around to help others.

Can we do that?

O God, help us. Help us be Your agents of hope. Fill my gaze with Your Goodness so that others around me will see Jesus.
